Meet Your Pomegranate Pips Teacher!

Hi there! I’m Ellie, the mom behind Pomegranate Pips, and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome your kids into our little kitchen classroom. I’m a homeschooling mom of three myself, with a degree in dietetics and nutrition.

I started Pomegranate Pips for two reasons. First, I believe kids are capable of so much more than we usually give them credit for when it comes to understanding their own bodies. When children learn why a rainbow plate matters, or what makes a whole grain “whole,” something clicks. They stop seeing healthy eating as a rule handed down by grown-ups and start seeing it as something they get to be curious about and in charge of. Second, as a homeschooling mom, I know how much it means to have a community of other homeschooling families to connect with. I wanted to create a space where our kids could learn together and our families could build real friendships along the way.
