With a busy life style we know it can be hard to get the most out of a good breakfast when you’re on the go. We created this easy simple recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to make!

Healthy Breakfast

We gathered these ingredients from our store and created a healthy, nutrient dense, heart healthy breakfast.

Only 229 Calories and it will keep you full through that lunch hour!

What you will need:

  • Fresh Berries (We used blackberries and blueberries) but you are free to use whatever sounds delicious to you!

  • Spoonful of honey to sprinkle over the berries

  • 1 Local Egg (We used Ben Cook eggs) – Vegan eggs are also available.

  • 1 Organic Avocado

  • Fresh thyme – we also suggest using Organic Cilantro or Sprouts!

  • Pinch of Sea salt for added flavor.

  • Whole Grain – Gluten Free toast

Power Blend Smoothie:

  • Grapes

  • Kale

  • Strawberries

  • Raspberries

  • Bananas

  • Blueberries

  • Honey

  • Dash of cinnamon!
