With a busy life style we know it can be hard to get the most out of a good breakfast when you’re on the go. We created this easy simple recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to make!
We gathered these ingredients from our store and created a healthy, nutrient dense, heart healthy breakfast.
Only 229 Calories and it will keep you full through that lunch hour!
What you will need:
Fresh Berries (We used blackberries and blueberries) but you are free to use whatever sounds delicious to you!
Spoonful of honey to sprinkle over the berries
1 Local Egg (We used Ben Cook eggs) – Vegan eggs are also available.
1 Organic Avocado
Fresh thyme – we also suggest using Organic Cilantro or Sprouts!
Pinch of Sea salt for added flavor.
Whole Grain – Gluten Free toast
Power Blend Smoothie:
Dash of cinnamon!
