For every grocery item you buy you will receive 1 point, Supplement items receive 2 points each, and Bistro items receive .5 points per item. These add up automatically on your account.

Build up points or use them as you shop. They are redeemed at check out for money off of our purchase.

Case Discount:

We offer a 15% Discount on all regularly priced case orders. Cases must be pre-ordered to get the discount. Case discounts are not in addition to other discounts or given on sale items. Cases sizes vary per item.

(We do not offer case discounts on Refrigerated or Meat items.)

Senior Discount Day:

Every Tuesday is Senior discount Day.

ALL day, from 8am-8pm, Seniors age 65 & up receive a 10% Discount on all regularly priced items.

Military Discount:

All Active Duty Military receive 10% off all regularly priced items at ALL times as a way to thank them for their service!
